CONDITIONS
Reservations : To reserve we need the 30% of the total. The final payment is 45 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation policy :
30% deposit non-refundable
50% of the rental price if the cancellation is made more than 45 days before arrival
75% 0f the rental price if the cancellation is made between 30 and 45 days before arrival
100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival
Final cleanings : Apartment  La Limonaia Euro 40.00 – Apartment Gli Archi Euro 60.00 – Apartment Le Volte Euro: 70.00
Animals : On request – Euro 30.00 per week
Security deposit :Euro 150.00 per apartment to pay on arrival.
